I started Gold Key Solutions in 2024 because I kept having the same conversation. Someone would ask how I got AI to actually do something useful, I’d look at how they worked for twenty minutes, and the answer was never the tool they’d read about. It was two boring tasks they hadn’t thought to hand off.
The systems on the What I’ve built page exist because I needed them: an assistant that remembers, software that runs without me watching it, agents that check each other’s work. Building them is how I learned what sticks and what looks good in a demo and dies in a week.
It’s one person. You talk to me in the audit, you get a plan from me, and I’m the one beside you when it gets set up. That isn’t a limitation I’m working around — it’s the reason the plans fit.

- The question is never 'which AI'. It's 'which task, and is it worth it'. Everything starts from your actual week.

- If I can't explain what's running in a sentence you'd repeat to a friend, it isn't set up right yet.

- Agreed before work starts. No hourly meter, no retainer, no monthly anything.

- Documented, transferable, yours. Nothing depends on me staying around, and I'd rather you didn't need me to.
