Gold Key Solutions

How it works

Four steps. Fixed scope. You keep everything.

The whole engagement, start to finish, with nothing hidden. Most people are through step one in three minutes and have their first task off their plate within a week.

  1. Step 01Free · 3 min

    The audit

    Seven questions, three minutes.

You tell me what you do and what eats your week. Before you give me an email, you see a preliminary read on screen: the two or three places AI most likely fits your answers, and a rough number of hours at stake.

  2. Step 02Fixed scope

    The plan

A written map of where AI fits your week.

Not a tool list. A short document: which tasks, in what order, with what, and what each one saves. Scoped and priced before anything starts. If the honest answer is 'AI won't help much here', that's what the plan says.

  3. Step 03Chicago or remote

    Build it together

You at the keyboard, me beside you.

We set up the first two or three, in person in Chicago or over a screen. You'll understand every piece that's running and why. Nothing is a black box, and nothing depends on me being around.

  4. Step 04No retainer

    You own it

    Documented, yours, done.

Everything is written down in plain language. If you want more later, we scope more. If you don't, you don't hear from me again — there's no subscription, no dependency, no upsell.

What you get

Things you can hold.

A written plan

Two to four pages, plain language. Which tasks, in what order, with what, and what each saves. You could hand it to someone else and they'd understand it.

Working setups, not screenshots

By the end of the build sessions the first two or three tasks are actually running in your real tools, with your real data, done with you present.

Documentation you can follow

Every setup gets a one-page 'how this works and how to change it'. Written for you, not for a developer.

A straight answer

If a task isn't worth automating, or AI won't help, the plan says so. Some audits end with 'not yet' — that's a useful result too.

What this isn’t

So there are no surprises.

  • Not a course. You won't watch videos about AI; you'll leave with things running.
  • Not a subscription. Nothing renews, nothing bills monthly, nothing needs me around to keep working.
  • Not a software product. I don't sell tools, so there's no reason to push one you don't need.
  • Not an agency. One person does the work, the same person you talked to in the audit.
